Tree survey, NRZ/TPZ/SRZ calculations to AS 4970-2025, tree-loss assessment, replacement-planting specification, Tree Protection Plan and Specification bundled. AQF Level 5 on-site supervision under DA consent conditions — tree-protection regimes enforced by the same arborist who wrote the plan. Becomes the project’s go-to arboricultural decision-maker on site, with scope that naturally expands across construction phases: TPP amendments, RFI responses, excavation-within-TPZ approvals, additional protection works, post-construction monitoring. Required by most AIAs and TPPs as a consent condition — the longest-running and most-repeated client engagements in our practice.
